Refund Policy
Thank you for using dTV. We want you to have the best possible experience with our premium dramas and novels.
1. Digital Goods
Because our platform provides immediate access to digital content (dramas, storybooks, and novels), all purchases are generally non-refundable once the content has been accessed or downloaded.
2. VIP Subscriptions
If you have purchased a VIP Subscription and wish to cancel, you may do so at any time. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
In the event of accidental duplicate purchases or technical errors that prevent you from accessing your content, please contact support@dtv-app.com within 7 days of the transaction for a review of your refund request.
